Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms (rub with kitchen paper - not water) and cut into slices. Melt the butter in the pan and fry the mushrooms in it for about 15 minutes. Then cut the onions into half rings and cook for about 5 minutes. Add the tuna and mix with the Italian herbs, salt, pepper, tomato paste and salsa sauce. Let cook for another 10 minutes over medium heat.
  2. The dish can be eaten cold as well as hot and tastes best with toasted baguette or garlic baguette. Sounds simple, but tastes great.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
