Mushroom Casserole with Sour Cream and Onions Ingredients

  • Mushrooms (champignons / oyster mushrooms / forest) – 500 g
  • Butter – 100 g
  • Onions – 140 g
  • Sour cream – 200 g
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Ground crackers (bread crumbs) – 40-50 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Hard cheese (optional) – 30-50 g

  1. Prepare foods from the list. Champignons can be replaced with oyster mushrooms or fragrant forest mushrooms. In any case, it will turn out very tasty.

  2. Wash the mushrooms, remove the skin from the caps, refresh the cut of the leg. Cut the mushrooms into small cubes. Peel the onions and also cut them into small cubes.
