Ingredients

  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 2 shallot (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 ½ tablespoon olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Herbs, Italian
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1 cup crème fraîche

Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms (or other mushrooms of your choice) and cut into small pieces. Chop the onions and garlic into small pieces. Fry the mushrooms as crispy as possible in olive oil, add onions and garlic and fry with them. Salt, pepper, season with herbs. Allow to cool slightly. Mix with cream cheese and crème fraîche and grind with a magic wand.
  2. Tastes good as a dip or on crostini.
