- 750 g potato (s)
- 3 onion (s)
- 40 g butter
- salt
- Paprika powder

- The finely chopped onions are sautéed in the hot butter, then the cleaned, roughly chopped mushrooms and the potatoes cut into cubes, extinguished, seasoned with salt and paprika and left to simmer covered for about 1/2 hour.
