  • 400 g mushrooms

  • 125 ml water
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 125 ml cream
  • Vegetable broth, instant

Instructions

  1. Carefully wash the mushrooms and cut into thin slices, cut the onion and peppers into cubes.
  2. Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the vegetables in it. Add water and season with salt, pepper, vegetable stock and lemon juice. Then steam everything for about 15 minutes.
  3. Add the cream just before serving and season to taste again.
