Ingredients

  • 500 g mushrooms, brown
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 4 slices toast
  • 4 slices roast pork - cold cuts
  • 125 ml cream
  • 4 tablespoon cheese, grated (Emmentaler or Gouda)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill, dice the onion, cut the mushrooms into slices.
  2. Fry the onions in butter, add the mushrooms and lightly brown. Mix the cream with the flour, bind the mushrooms with it and season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Mix in the parsley.
  3. Roast the toast, top with roast and mushrooms and sprinkle with cheese. Briefly grill over.
