Ingredients

  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1 carrot (s)
  • 3 small tomato (s)
  • 100 g mozzarella
  • 50 g ham, cooked
  • herbs, fresh (e.g. basil, rosemary etc.)
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C top (bottom heat (circulating air: 200 ° C).
  2. Rub the mushrooms with kitchen paper and cut into thin slices. Spread in an ovenproof baking dish. Put the oil and herbs on top. Peel the carrot and cut into thin slices. Wash and dice the tomatoes. Add both. Cut the ham and mozzarella into strips and sprinkle over them (if you are vegetarian, just leave out the ham). Then salt and pepper.
  3. Baked in a hot oven for about 12 to 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
