- 12 large mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 4 shallot (s)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 150 g cheese (Emmentaler), rated
- Herbs your choice (TK)
- some thyme, dried
- some tarragon, more dried
- salt and pepper
- some paprika powder
- some butter

- Brush and clean the mushrooms. Remove the stalks and chop them into small pieces. Peel and chop shallots and garlic. Sauté together with the stalks in a little butter and season with salt and pepper. Then let it cool down.
- Spread a little butter on an ovenproof dish. Mix the cooled farce with the sour cream and herbs. Sprinkle the inside of the mushroom heads with some grated cheese, then distribute the mixed mixture evenly between the heads. Finally, cover with the rest of the cheese and put some paprika powder on each head.
- Put the mold in the oven preheated to 200 ° C and bake for about 20 minutes. Then serve.
