Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms and onions. Dice the onions and bacon. leave out the bacon and sauté the onions in the fat.
  2. Unscrew the stems from the mushrooms and finely chop the stems.
  3. Mix onions, bacon and herb butter, mushroom stalks and pour into the mushroom caps. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake in the oven at approx. 180 ° for approx. 20-30 minutes (depending on the size of the mushrooms).
