Ingredients

  • 320 g ribbon noodles
  • 400 g beef steak (s), cut into strips
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable onion (s)
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 200 ml broth
  • Oregano, a few leaves

Instructions

  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper, fry them in heated oil, then keep warm.
  2. Fry the mushrooms and the onions in the remaining frying fat for about 5 minutes. Pour in the crème fraîche and stock, bring to the boil. Add the oregano, simmer for about 5 minutes.
  3. Cook the tagliatelle in salted water until al dente, then drain.
  4. Season the sauce to taste and serve with pasta and steak strips.
