Ingredients

  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 120 g cream
  • Vegetable broth
  • tarragon
  • salt and pepper
  • Cornstarch (Mondamin)

Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices.
  2. Dice the onion and sauté, add the mushrooms, fry briefly. Season with vegetable stock, tarragon, salt and pepper, add the cream. Thicken slightly with Mondamin and simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Rösti go very well with this.
