  • 400 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 100 g bacon, streaky
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 large red pepper (s)
  • 250 ml cream
  • 50 ml white wine, depending on your taste
  • 3 tablespoon flour

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Then the bacon, preferably whole so that you can take it out later if you don`t like it, and steam the onions. Add the mushrooms and peppers and stew everything until al dente. Now dust the whole thing with the flour and stir until smooth. Now add the cream and white wine and season everything with salt and pepper.
