Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 300 g potato (s)
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 100 g chanterelles
  • 75 ml cream
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the finely diced onion until translucent. Cut the peeled potatoes into approx. 1 cm cubes and fry them as well. Add the cleaned and quartered mushrooms and the cleaned chanterelles to the pan and, after frying them for a short time, pour the cream over them and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange nicely and enjoy.
