  • 1 shallot (s)
  • 1 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon herb vinegar
  • 1 squirt lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon stock, grained
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
  • salt
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Thoroughly clean the mushrooms and cut into slices.
  2. Finely dice ham, egg and shallot. Mix with the other ingredients. Gently mix in the mushrooms.
