Instructions

  1. Brush the mushrooms and cut them into slices. In a pan or saucepan, steam the mushrooms in water for 10 minutes, then season with salt and pepper and leave to cool.
  2. Make the marinade from the remaining ingredients, season to taste and pour over the mushrooms.
