Ingredients

  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt water for blanching

For the dressing:

  • 100 g yourt
  • 3 tablespoon buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon walnut oil or rapeseed oil
  • 2 tablespoon chives, fresh, in small rolls
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Brush off the mushrooms and blanch them in a saucepan with salted water and lemon juice for 5 minutes. Drain.
  2. Make the dressing from the ingredients and season to taste. Arrange the mushrooms in bowls or plates and pour the dressing over them.
