Ingredients

  • 250 g mushrooms, brown
  • 250 g spinach leaves, frozen
  • 75 g ham, diced, lean
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 4 teaspoons cream cheese, reduced fat
  • Pepper, freshly ground black
  • possibly salt
  • water

Instructions

  1. First let the spinach thaw. I always do this in the microwave; goes nice and fast.
  2. Meanwhile, peel and dice the onion and garlic toe and clean and chop the mushrooms.
  3. Then squeeze out the thawed spinach a little and cut roughly if necessary.
  4. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and sauté the onion and garlic cubes in it. Then add the ham and cook for about 5 minutes.
  5. Next, add the champis to the pan and steam until they draw water. Now add the spinach and heat it up. Season with pepper. Possibly. add some more salt, but the ham actually makes the dish salty enough.
  6. Finally stir in the cream cheese and let it melt. Possibly. add some more water - if the whole thing is too soggy.
