Ingredients

  • 400 g mushrooms, lare
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 40 g herb butter
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 handful cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Remove the stalk from the mushrooms and scoop out a little with a small spoon. Prepare a piece of aluminum foil for each mushroom.
  2. Then cut the onion into small cubes and finely chop the parsley. Put both in a bowl. Also cut the feta cheese into small cubes (it is easier to crumble it then) and add to the bowl with the herb butter. Season the whole thing with a pinch of salt and pepper. Then mix everything well so that there are no more pieces of feta. This is best done with your hands.
  3. When everything is well mixed, take out one portion at a time and fill it in a mushroom, sprinkle some grated cheese over it, press it down and wrap it in aluminum foil. Cook the mushrooms over the grill for 15-20 minutes, depending on the heat.
  4. If necessary, you can add a few dried tomatoes, also cut into small pieces, to the feta for a slightly different variant.
