Ingredients
- 600 g mushrooms, cleaned, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, finely diced
- 200 ml cream
- salt and pepper
- oregano
- parsley
- basil
- butter

- Fry the mushrooms in butter, season with salt and pepper and add the remaining ingredients. Fry everything together again briefly. Then add the cream and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
