Mushrooms Stuffed with Quail Eggs

Mushrooms stuffed with quail eggs are a delicious and original dish. The advantage of the recipe is that the mushrooms are very juicy, while baking absolutely does not use oil, they are prepared in their own juice. Well, there is nothing to say about the benefits of quail eggs.

Ingredients

  • Fresh champignons (large) – 10-15 pcs.
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Grated hard cheese – about 20 g
  • Quail eggs – 10-15 pcs.
  • Salt to taste
  • A mixture of ground peppers – to taste
  • Vegetable oil – for frying
  • Butter – for lubrication

Directions

  1. Wash the mushrooms thoroughly. We take out the legs from the hats.
  2. Finely chop the legs. We also finely chop the onion.
  3. Mix the chopped champignons with onions and fry in a pan until tender. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Gently pour the quail egg on top, salt and pepper.
  5. Put in a preheated oven and bake until mushrooms are cooked.
  6. Mushrooms stuffed with quail eggs are ready. Lubricate them with butter.
