Mushrooms with Sesame Seeds Instructions

  1. Cut a standard 400-gram bag of mushrooms into large pieces.

  2. Fry them in a frying pan in vegetable oil to the degree you like.
  3. Approximately in the middle of frying (the middle of frying depends on the degree to which you decide to fry the mushrooms), season the mushrooms with soy sauce, so as to salt them well. We continue to fry. I fry until golden.
  4. If we are preparing a salad or cold appetizer, then transfer the fried mushrooms to a bowl and let them cool slightly. If we are preparing a hot dish, then add all the other ingredients to the pan.
  5. Finely chop a few green onion feathers (to taste) and add to the mushrooms.
  6. Rub 1-2 cloves of garlic on a fine grater and also add to the mushrooms. You don’t need a lot of garlic here. Mix very well.
  7. Sprinkle generously with sesame seeds and black pepper. And mix well again.

  8. Mushrooms with sesame seeds are ready. Bon appetit and don’t be afraid to experiment!
