Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoon quark
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • Chives, chopped, to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together. If the mustard is hotter, use a little more sugar. It shouldn`t taste too strong like mustard. Gladly let it go a little first, but in an emergency it tastes so delicious too!
  2. Goes very well with raw vegetables (especially carrots and cucumbers), bread, fondue etc.
