Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons mustard, medium hot
- 1 teaspoon horseradish or, if you want it to be milder, cream horseradish
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ vegetable stock powder
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- some Maggi
- salt and pepper
- 5 tablespoon oil, neutral, e.g., sunflower oil

- Mix the mustard, horseradish, spices and vinegar together well. If you don`t like it too thick or if you want to soften the dressing a little, you can stir in a little water. Then add the oil and mix until you have a homogeneous sauce.
- With this amount of dressing 1/2 to 1 head of lettuce can be made.
