Mustard and Horseradish Dressing

Ingredients

• 2 teaspoons mustard, medium hot
• 1 teaspoon horseradish or, if you want it to be milder, cream horseradish
• 0.5 teaspoon ½ vegetable stock powder
• 2 tablespoon vinegar
• some Maggi
• salt and pepper
• 5 tablespoon oil, neutral, e.g., sunflower oil

Instructions

1. Mix the mustard, horseradish, spices and vinegar together well. If you don`t like it too thick or if you want to soften the dressing a little, you can stir in a little water. Then add the oil and mix until you have a homogeneous sauce.
2. With this amount of dressing 1/2 to 1 head of lettuce can be made.
