Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • some dill, fresh, cut into small pieces or 1 teaspoon, dried
  • 1 pinch (s) herbal salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • some mineral water

Instructions

  1. Mix honey and mustard in a glass or bowl. Add dill, herb salt and pepper, stir. Add lemon juice and balsamic vinegar, stir. Add the oil, stir.
  2. Add mineral water to taste. Personally, I find it a bit too intense without mineral water, so just add it to taste (I use about the same amount as the oil).
  3. You can also make this recipe in advance, it keeps very well.
