Instructions

  1. Dice the onions and fry them in hot oil. Deglaze with the stock and cream. Stir in the mustard and bring to the boil briefly. Stir in the sauce thickener and bring to the boil again briefly.
  2. Season with salt, pepper and sugar and add chopped parsley.
