Ingredients

  • 1 port. Pizza dough, or pâte brisée, bought or made yourself
  • 0.5 ½ glass mustard, medium hot, also grainier
  • 5 tomato (s), finely sliced
  • 2 onion (s), cut into thin rings
  • 1 large chicken breast
  • 200 g cheese, rated
  • 150 g cheese (Roquefort) or Goronzola
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Roll out the dough on a rectangular baking sheet and brush generously with a thick layer of mustard. Spread the tomato slices on top so that the whole base is covered with them. Pour onion rings on top and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Fry the chicken breast vigorously on all sides in a pan with oil (do not fry it as it should continue to cook in the oven), remove from the heat, allow to cool, cut into cubes and also spread on the baking sheet. Now pour grated cheese and blue cheese over it. Bake in the oven at 180 ° for about 20-25 minutes until you have a juicy and crispy mustard cake.
