Ingredients

  • 150 grams flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 65 g suar
  • 65 g mararine
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 bag vanilla sugar
  • 1 kg quark, (low-fat quark)
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 5 egg whites, beaten to snow
  • 100 g suar
  • 100 g butter
  • 250 ml milk
  • 25 g semolina
  • 1 bag custard powder, vanilla flavor

Instructions

  1. A kneading dough is made from flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder, margarine and 1 egg. Put the dough in the greased springform pan, pull up the edge.
  2. Mix 4 egg yolks with 100 g butter with 100 g sugar until frothy. The 5th egg yolk goes into a cup.
  3. In the meantime, the milk is boiled with the semolina. Stir again and again as it cools.
  4. The quark is then stirred into the egg, sugar and butter mixture. The cooled semolina is added, then the vanilla pudding powder.
  5. The egg white is then beaten until cut and carefully folded into the mass. Then you put the quark mass on the kneading dough.
  6. The 5th egg yolk is now mixed with a sip of milk and spread over the surface using a teaspoon or a pastry brush. The cheesecake is baked for a good 50 - 60 minutes at 170 ° in a fan oven.
