  • 500 g oulash pork and beef
  • 200 g carrot (s)
  • 300 g celery
  • 200 g potato (s) or 150 soup noodles
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 liter vegetable broth or meat broth
  • herbs Provence
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs, frozen (8 herbs)

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat, onions, carrots and celery into small pieces and fry them together. Pour in the broth and season with salt, pepper and the herbs to taste and needs. Let simmer gently for about 1 hour.
  2. Add the peeled and diced potatoes approx. 20 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Add the soup noodles about 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
  3. Season again to taste before serving.
