Ingredients

  • 5 part / s oat flakes, hearty
  • 5 part / s oat flakes, tender
  • 3 part (s) flaxseed, whole or crushed
  • 3 part / s coconut flakes
  • 3 part (s) almond (s), chopped or donated
  • 3 part (s) hazelnuts, chopped or ground
  • 1 part / s sesame seeds
  • 1 part (s) wheat germ, or wheat bran
  • 1 part (s) sunflower seeds
  • 1 part (s) sunflower oil, or rapeseed oil
  • 2 part / s honey
  • 3 part (s) raisins or cranberries

Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl, then add the oil and honey and mix well.
  2. Spread over 2 baking trays and roast in the oven at 80 ° C for approx. 1 hour, turning occasionally if necessary. Then let it cool down. If you like, you can add raisins or cranberries. Store in a storage container.
  3. Enjoy with different types of fruit, milk, yoghurt etc. or just like that.

  5. Unfortunately, I don`t know exactly how long the muesli can be kept, but it can be kept for a few weeks.
  6. For me, the amount of part corresponds to a small cup and the total amount is about 2 kg of muesli.
