• 1 tablespoon, heaped vanilla ice cream
• 125 g yourt (raspberry yourt)

• 1 cocktail cherry (s)
• some sugar sprinkles
• some spray cream

Instructions

1. First, put a large heaped spoonful of vanilla ice cream and the raspberry yoghurt in a bowl and stir until there are no more pieces of ice to be seen and everything is connected. It is best to use a hand blender for this. Pour into a suitable glass (approx. 0.4 l).
2. Now fill up with the lemonade. This can create a lot of foam. I kept taking something away with a spoon and refilling it with more soda. We want to drink something great, not just foam and cream. I left a bit of foam upstairs. Gives a nice effect.
3. So, now for the decoration: Put the cream on the edge and move it in a circle. It is best to form a nicely stable hood. Then put the cocktail cherry on top. Now sprinkle a few more sprinkles on top and our ice cream soda is perfect.
4. You can also use other sodas, ice cream, or yogurt. E.g. chocolate-banana-split, chocolate-stracciatella-dream with vanilla or an exotic fruit-soda-ice cream.
