Ingredients

  • 300 g rice
  • Salt water
  • 300 g meat sausae, cut into small cubes
  • 1 small onion (s), diced
  • 1 small Can corn
  • 2 bell pepper (s), diced
  • Curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly spice (s) your choice

Instructions

  1. First cook the rice in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Put the rice aside.
  2. Then fry the onion and peppers. When everything is a little softer and the onions are brown (around 5 minutes), add the meat sausage and fry until the meat sausage is nice and brown.
  3. Then drain the corn and add it. Add the rice and stir everything together. Now season with salt, pepper, curry etc. to taste.
