  • 3 onion (s)
  • 0.5 ½ glass ajvar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 750 g veetables (Mexico mix), frozen
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Beat the schnitzel, cut in half and season with salt and pepper. Peel the onions and cut into wedges.
  2. Mix the ajvar with the onions, sour cream and Mexico vegetables. Then place 4 half schnitzel in a medium baking dish. Spread half of the vegetable mixture on top so that the schnitzels are properly covered. Then put the remaining 4 half schnitzel on top and distribute the remaining vegetable mixture on top.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 50 minutes.
