Ingredients
- 500 g flour, (whole spelled flour)
- 100 g flaxseed
- 100 g sunflower seeds
- 100 g oat flakes, coarse
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 3 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 0.5 liter ½ water, lukewarm
- 20 g fresh yeast

- All ingredients should be at room temperature.
- Mix the flour and the grains.
- Stir the yeast into the lukewarm water until it is dissolved.
- Add the yeast water, apple cider vinegar and sea salt to the flour / grain mixture.
- Put the dough in a greased loaf pan and let rise for an hour.
- Preheat oven.
