Ingredients

  • 500 g flour, (whole spelled flour)
  • 100 g flaxseed
  • 100 g sunflower seeds
  • 100 g oat flakes, coarse
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 3 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 liter ½ water, lukewarm
  • 20 g fresh yeast

Instructions

  1. All ingredients should be at room temperature.
  2. Mix the flour and the grains.
  3. Stir the yeast into the lukewarm water until it is dissolved.
  4. Add the yeast water, apple cider vinegar and sea salt to the flour / grain mixture.
  5. Put the dough in a greased loaf pan and let rise for an hour.
  6. Preheat oven.
  7. Put a heat-resistant bowl of water in the oven while baking.
  8. Brush the bread with a mixture of water and olive oil halfway through the baking time.
  9. Bake at 190 ° for 1 hour
