Ingredients
- 1 small Can corn
- 2 large onions, red
- 2 large lime (s)
- 1 bunch coriander, fresher
- 2 large tomato (s), ripe
- 1 small jalapeño
- 2 large avocado (s), ripe
- 1 can kidney beans
- 250 g minced meat or minced soy / veie mince
- Oil, neutral, for frying
- Mix spices, Mexican
- 1 bag / s nacho (s)
- some cheese to gratinate

- A great dish for the Super Bowl or for American / Mexican events in general. We have this regularly as a substitute for dinner for watching movies or sports. The dish can be varied as desired.
- First peel and chop the onions, chop the coriander and halve the limes
- Corn Salsa:
- Mix the corn, half a chopped onion, the juice of half a lime and 1 tablespoon coriander together. Add a few drops of the corn water and a pinch of salt.
- Pico de Gallo (tomato salsa):
- Dice the tomatoes, chop the jalapeño and mix both with half a chopped onion, the juice of half a lime and 2 tablespoon coriander.
- Guacamole:
- Halve, core and peel the avocado. Mash everything with a fork and add half a chopped onion, the juice of half a lime and 1 tablespoon coriander.
- Baked nachos:
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, place the nachos in a baking dish and bake with cheese for about 7 minutes.
- Bean and minced meat dip:
- Fry the onions in oil until translucent and add the mince, season with 1 teaspoon of spice mixture. When the minced meat is seared, bring to the boil again with the kidney beans and the canned liquid. The nachos and the bean mince dip should now be ready at the same time.
- Now prepare everything nicely and enjoy the food.
- Instead of nachos you can also serve coriander rice, so you have a burrito bowl, or you can simply use the ingredients to fill a burrito.
