Ingredients

  • 500 g minced beef (veetarians simply leave out the meat)
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 can kidney beans (drained weight approx. 250 g)
  • 120 g tomato (s), sieved
  • salt and pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 300 g tortilla chips
  • 3 tablespoon jalapeños, or chillies, pickled (fresh is course also possible, but is spicier)
  • 3 tomato (s), fresh, diced
  • 2 spring onions, cut into rings
  • 4 tablespoon olives, black, cut into rings
  • 100 g cheddar cheese, rated, alternatively rated Gouda cheese
  • Coriander, fresh, or fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. First, the ground beef is fried until it starts to turn brown. If you are a vegetarian, just leave out the meat. Now add the onion cubes and sear them until they are translucent. In the next step, add the kidney beans and the tomato sauce. By the way, you can also easily mash the beans with the wooden spoon if you prefer the meat mixture a bit thicker. It is seasoned with salt, pepper, cumin and chili powder. Then it`s almost there:
