• 500 g strawberries, (also works with raspberries)
• 100 g powdered suar
• 500 g mascarpone
• 150 g natural yourt
• Biscuit (s) (Amarettini), Mikado sticks

Instructions

1. Stalk and wash the strawberries. Puree 250 g of the strawberries with the powdered sugar.
2. Mix the mascarpone with the yogurt.
3. Add the strawberry mixture to the mascarpone mixture and mix.
4. Then arrange finely with the biscuits, chopsticks and the remaining strawberries and chop!
