Ingredients- 500 g strawberries, (also works with raspberries)
- 100 g powdered suar
- 500 g mascarpone
- 150 g natural yourt
- Biscuit (s) (Amarettini), Mikado sticks

- Stalk and wash the strawberries. Puree 250 g of the strawberries with the powdered sugar.
- Mix the mascarpone with the yogurt.
- Add the strawberry mixture to the mascarpone mixture and mix.
- Then arrange finely with the biscuits, chopsticks and the remaining strawberries and chop!
