  • 100 g low-fat quark
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 25 g chia seeds
  • 25 g flaxseed, crushed
  • 15 g almond flour, de-oiled
  • 25 g protein powder, neutral
  • 25 ml water
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl. Season to taste with pepper, salt and nutmeg and stir thoroughly. Let the mass swell for about 15 minutes until it has become very viscous.
  2. Now place the mixture on a heat-resistant cling film and form a roll. Roll up tightly and tie off at the ends like a sausage. Wrap the whole thing again with aluminum foil. Place in gently boiling water and let simmer for about 30 minutes.
  3. Unwrap the roll, cut into slices and fry on both sides in a pan.
  4. Fried onions and cubes of ham and a fresh salad are delicious with it.
