- 5 rolls, stale
- 0.25 liter ¼ milk
- 1 onion (s)
- 40 g butter
- 1 packet herbs, frozen, mixed
- 4 egg (s)
- salt and pepper
- Fat, for the baking dish

- Cut the rolls into very small cubes.
- Heat the milk for 2 minutes at 600 watts and pour over the bread cubes. Steam the onion cubes in the fat for 2 minutes at 600 watts, add frozen herbs and cook for 2 minutes at 360 watts. Add to the rolls, mix together with the eggs, salt and pepper loosely, pour into a greased baking dish and press firmly. Cover and cook for 9 minutes at 600 watts. Let rest for 3 minutes.
- Tip:
- I always take fresh rolls, cut them 2 days in advance and let them dry on a baking sheet.
