Ingredients

  • 4 nectarine (s), ripe, but not too soft, sweet and aromatic
  • 500 ml white wine
  • 2 liters sparkling wine, (elderberry sparkling wine)

Instructions

  1. Wash and core the nectarines, cut into small pieces and pour the white wine over them in a bowl, chill for at least 2 hours. Likewise, chill the elderberry sparkling wine (if possible, homemade).
  2. To serve, first place a few pieces of nectarine in each punch bowl, then pour the cold elderberry champagne on top. It goes down well as a welcome drink for summer invitations.
