- Divide and core the nectarines. Cut a nectarine into thin slices, dice the rest. Pour in the liqueur and set aside.
- Mix the quark and yogurt. Alternately layer the yoghurt quark mixture and the cubes in glasses. The top layer should consist of the yogurt quark mixture. Decorate them with a few slices of nectarines and serve the dessert.
