Nectarine Layer Cream

• 4 nectarine (s)
• 2 tablespoon amaretto
• 150 g quark
• 300 g yourt, (peach yourt)

Instructions

1. Divide and core the nectarines. Cut a nectarine into thin slices, dice the rest. Pour in the liqueur and set aside.
2. Mix the quark and yogurt. Alternately layer the yoghurt quark mixture and the cubes in glasses. The top layer should consist of the yogurt quark mixture. Decorate them with a few slices of nectarines and serve the dessert.
