Ingredients
- 2 nectarine (s), ripe
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
- 4 tablespoon orange juice
- 2 tablespoon yogurt
- 2 tablespoon pistachios, unsalted

- Wash and dry nectarines. Halve each fruit, removing the stones. Use a very sharp knife to cut the fruit halves into thin slices and arrange on serving plates. Mix the syrup or honey with the juice and yoghurt and drizzle over the nectarines. Finely or coarsely chop the pistachios and sprinkle over them.
