Netherlands Salad

An amazing combination of eggs, cucumbers and cheese creates an unforgettable taste of this salad.

Ingredients

  • Fresh cucumbers – 2-3 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 300 g
  • Chicken eggs – 5 pcs.
  • Sour cream – 25 ml
  • Mayonnaise – 50 ml
  • Dill greens – 1 bunch.
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Everything you need for a Dutch salad.
  2. Wash the cucumbers, cut in half and cut into slices.
  3. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  4. Boil eggs in salted water, hard-boiled. Cool in cold water.
  5. Peel and dice the eggs.
  6. Add salt, mayonnaise, and sour cream.
  7. Chop the dill and add to the salad. Mix everything thoroughly. Our Dutch salad is ready.
