  • 50 g nettles, youn leaves
  • 50 g daisies, the reen leaves just above the round)
  • 1 handful daisies (flowers)
  • salt and pepper
  • butter
  • 750 ml water

Instructions

  1. Dice the potatoes, onions and carrots, cut the nettle and daisy leaves into strips.
  2. Then sweat the onions, carrots and the green leaves in butter, fill up with water and add the potatoes, season. When the vegetables are cooked, season to taste.
  3. Before serving, decorate the soup with daisy flowers.
