  • 200 g suar (rock candy)
  • 200 g mararine or butter
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon anise, (whole)
  • 1 tablespoon cardamom
  • 1 liter water

Instructions

  1. Candy sugar is dissolved in 1 liter of water and left to cool. The butter is also made liquid.
  2. Once the butter has cooled down, stir it until creamy and gradually add the egg, spices, sugar solution and flour. It is best to leave the dough to stand overnight! Then you need a croissant iron to bake them in.
  3. The New Year`s cakes are best kept in a tin can.
