  • 6 sugar cubes
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • 2 orange (s)
  • 2 bottles red wine
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 3 clove (s)
  • 1 liter tea, (black)
  • 250 ml rum

Instructions

  1. Squeeze the lemon and oranges, put the juice and the sugar in a saucepan. Add red wine, sugar and spices, heat everything slowly. Bring to the boiling point, but do not let it boil!
  2. Take out the spices. Add rum or arrak, pour in the hot tea.
  3. Important: The New Year`s Eve punch must be served very hot!
