Ingredients

For the marinade:

  • 500 ml cola
  • 250 ml soy sauce
  • 1 chilli pepper (s), very finely chopped and pitted
  • 40 g orane peel, rated
  • 40 g iner, rated
  • 75 ml olive oil
  • 20 g pepper, freshly round
  • 30 g sea salt, coarse
  • 1 lemon (s), just the zest

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl. Place the steaks in a large bag and pour the marinade over them. There should be as little air as possible in the bag. Marinate the steaks in it for approx. 2 hours.
  2. Take the steaks out of the bag and pat them dry. For beautiful, medium-grilled steaks, grill them directly and over medium to high heat for 2 minutes. Then turn the steaks 45 ° for a nice grill pattern and grill for another 2 minutes. Then turn the steaks and repeat the same procedure. Remove from the grill and let rest for 2 minutes to allow the juice to collect.
