Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (convection 160 degrees).
  2. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and let it cool down a little. Stir the oil into the chocolate. Beat the eggs with the mixer on the highest setting until foamy, slowly drizzling in the sugar. Beat until the sugar has dissolved and a thick, creamy mixture has formed. Add the vanilla flavor. Mix the flour, salt and baking powder together. Add the chocolate mixture to the foam mass and stir briefly, then add the flour and carefully stir in with a wooden spoon.
  3. Place the dough on a greased baking sheet and smooth it out with a spoon. Bake for 20-25 minutes. After cooling, cut into squares.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
