Ingredients
- 2 cucumber (s), peeled in half slices 1 cm thick
- 2 red peppers, diced
- 2 onion (s), diced
- 1 large can kidney beans, rinsed
For the dressing:
- 0.5 ½ cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- Salt, to taste
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 1 bunch parsley, chopped until smooth

- Mix the ingredients for the dressing and mix with the other ingredients. Chill for 1 hour and season again to taste.
- You can eat with almost anything, but we especially like grilled food.
- Tip: add 1 meat sausage in cubes, then serve with bread.
