Nicis Lemon Tzatziki

Ingredients

• g 1,000 quark, (40%)
• 3 cups sour cream
• 1 cup cream
• 1 glass Miracel Whip (or other majo to taste)
• 1 lemon (zest and juice)
• 1 cucumber (s)
• 3 clove (s) garlic, (can also be more)
• 2 tablespoon spice mix for tzatziki
• salt
• sugar

Instructions

1. Wash the lemon thoroughly with hot water and rub off the yellow. Wash, slice and squeeze the cucumber. Press the garlic cloves. Mix all ingredients together and season with salt and sugar. Let it steep and possibly season again.
