Ingredients

  • 2 glasses Letscho
  • 1 ring / s meat sausage
  • 1 glass pickled cucumber (s)
  • 5 onion (s)
  • Ketchup to taste
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Pepper, some whole grains

Instructions

  1. Put the Letscho in a large saucepan and simmer on a low heat. Add the bay leaves and peppercorns.
  2. In the meantime, cut the sausage into small pieces and fry in a little oil. Add the fried sausage to the Letscho. Peel the onions, cut into rings and also fry. Then give this to the Letscho.
  3. Cut the pickles into small pieces and add them to the pot as well. Put the cucumber water through a sieve into the pot. Everything together then has to simmer for about half an hour. Season to taste with ketchup, salt, pepper and paprika powder.
  4. It is best to prepare the evening before so that the Soljanka can pull through.
